David Carr is an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt who has worked in Operations, managed shared-service testing teams, and served as the primary project manager for numerous new and existing product implementations. He most recently worked for a global relationship management company where he was a senior manager in its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division and responsible for product development and implementation of global benefits solutions. He is especially interested in absence management and how absence affects overall workplace productivity.
David attended Dickinson College and lives in Jacksonville with his wife, Jen, who is a cancer researcher at Mayo Clinic. They are both avid runners and he is an accomplished Ironman triathlete.
Joshua Leuthauser is a software developer for a national health insurance provider located in Jacksonville, Florida. He is responsible for requirements review, creating functional design documentation, and development of software in a variety of languages including Java, PERL, Visual Basic .NET and C#. Prior to his current position, Joshua worked with David at CitiStreet with roles involving both Operations and IT, often being looked to for process automation or complex query development.
Joshua and his wife, Lindsay, spend most of their free time playing with their new son, Blake.
With nearly 20 years in the information technology field, Chris Martin brings in-depth experience creating business, system, functional design, and conversion requirements. He has managed full implementation projects and has led QA and operational teams. Chris has advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SPL and is an expert in database management methodology.
Chris lives in Jacksonville, Florida but will happily travel for the right music concerts.
